Holidaymakers want certain things whilst on holiday, including good weather and plenty of fun things to do. Australia will be topping the list of ideal destinations in that case, as Sydney has recorded its 3rd warmest August day ever. Considering that this is Australia’s winter, yesterday (23rd August) saw highs of 29°C. The warm weather was welcomed by Sydney residents and by those taking a holiday in the area, with people flocking to the city to spend some time enjoying the great weather. A spokesman from the Bureau of Meteorology said that although these temperatures were above average, temperatures in Sydney are still warm, with 18°C being the average and highs of 25°C normally. Sydney experienced an influx of visitors due to the warm weather, and with the Australian summer beckoning the country can expect more of this when those who want to appreciate great weather on Australia tours will head to the country.
