Nude men exhibition has success at Vienna museum

Vienna is one of the most highly-anticipated destinations to visit on Danube river cruises, thanks, in part, to the magnificent architecture and fascinating classical music history. The city is renowned as a cultural hub of Europe, and the latest exhibition from The Leopold Museum is yet another display to add to its legacy. The “nude men” show has drawn over 1,000 people to visit the museum daily since the exhibition opened on 19th October. The female nude has often been a topic of great interest in the art world and this display seeks to right the balance and chart the depiction of male nudes throughout art history. Although the “nude men” display is only running until 28th January, the Leopold Museum will undoubtedly be hosting a number of other fascinating exhibitions in the future.
