Anne Frank’s tin of marbles found in Amsterdam

Frank had given the marbles to a friend before she went into hiding from the Nazis, but never returned to collect them as she died in the Bergen-Belsen prisoner of war camp in 1945.

The discovery was handed into the Anne Frank House Museum in Amsterdam recently after being found during a house move and was put on display at the museum before being moved to an art gallery in Rotterdam.
