The 2014 Q1 ASQ survey asked passengers to give feedback on 33 areas of the Budapest Airport and to mark the airport out of five.
The results showed that Budapest Airport scored 4.04 in the ASQ survey, which is up on other European airports as the average score for airports in the rest of Europe was 3.85.
The survey states that a score of over 4.00 is regarded as excellent, therefore meaning that the Budapest Airport is one of the best in Europe.

The airport’s Chief Executive Officer, Jost Lammers, added, “Over the past few years we have put tremendous efforts into constantly improving quality, filling the wonderful airport we’ve built with the best services, so that both leisure and business travellers can feel at home when flying to or from Budapest.”
This latest news comes just after it was announced that the Budapest Airport won the award for the Best Eastern European Airport for 2013 at the Skytrax Awards.
