The article – which can be read by following the link at the bottom of the page – has been published by the Sydney Morning Herald and asks the opinions of four of the industry’s biggest names to offer their words of wisdom, and these famous celebrity chefs have listed their best places to eat in the capital of Western Australia.

Just one of the experts is Australian Masterchef judge Matt Preston, giving nothing but high praise for the city’s restaurant scene and adding that local food lovers are spoilt for choice. Included in his long list of beautiful restaurants were Print Hall, Restaurant Amuse and Bread in Common, news which is sure to come in handy for those visiting on their luxury tours of Australia.

Restaurant Amuse a clear favourite

Restaurant Amuse is also highly rated by George Calombaris – another Masterchef judge – who says that the establishment ranks among his top ten in Australia. He also recommends Bib Tucker for providing amazing food cooked with great care – such as the beautiful pig cooked over wood.

Another was Australian chef Matt Moran, who offers praise for the Pata Negra for their wide variety of tapas dishes, which he says are consistently good. He also praises Bistro Guillaume, particularly head chef Guillaume Brahami for bringing authentic French bistro dining to Perth.

This news further promotes the excellent restaurant scene in the city, a reputation that has become one of the many reasons why it remains one of the most popular destinations to visit while on your tour of Australia.
