  1. Day 1 - UK > Giza (Cairo)

    Fly from the UK to Cairo. Your journey into wonder begins at Giza with a three night Special Stay. You’ll soak up stunning views of the Great Pyramids right from your balcony.

  2. Day 2 - Giza (Cairo)

  3. Day 3 - Giza

    Be awed by the sheer magnitude of the pyramids and visit the Solar Boat Museum housing the restored cedar wood barge dating back to 2500BC, before marvelling at the 20 metre limestone monolith of the Sphinx. Visit the ancient site of Saqqara in the afternoon. At dusk, prepare for an exclusive night of historical discoveries as the doors of the new Grand Museum open just for you, long after they have closed to the general public.

  4. Day 4 - Giza > Aswan

    Fly to Aswan.

    Visit a Nubian village or the beautiful but often-overlooked Kalabsha Temple on the shores of Lake Nasser. Alternatively, take a motorboat ride to the upper reaches of the Nile.

    Be ensconced in luxury during your Special Stay and admire the sweeping views over the Nile from the comfort of your balcony.   5. Day 5 - Abu Simbel > Nile Cruise

    Fly early to Abu Simbel and visit one of Egypt’s most magnificent monuments, the enormous World Heritage-listed temples of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari, rescued from the rising waters of the Aswan Dam.
    Embark on your luxurious private charter on board the boutique Sanctuary Sun Boat III and settle into your elegantly appointed cabin. This evening enjoy a display of Nubian dancing.

  6. Day 6 - Nile Cruise

    Discover the granite quarries of ancient Egypt, learn about ancient carving techniques and see the enormous unfinished obelisk. Later, enjoy a traditional felucca cruise on the Nile, then discover the Osiris temple complex of Philae. Follow the course of the ancient pharaohs’ processions along the Nile as you cruise north.

  7. Day 7 - Nile Cruise

    Cruise north along the Nile where villages and majestic temples line the banks of the river against the backdrop of the desert. This afternoon, explore Kom Ombo Temple, perched high on the east bank and dedicated to Sobek, the Crocodile God. Arrive into Luxor and discover the antiquities housed in the Luxor Museum followed by a walk through the colourful local markets. A fun night awaits on board with a lively and colourful Galabeyya party with Egyptian delicacies, music and dancing.

  8. Day 8 - Nile Cruise

    Cross to the West Bank of the Nile and be astounded by the well-preserved, colourful hieroglyphics adorning the tombs in the Valley of the Kings. See the impressive monument to Queen Hatshepsut.
    Late in the afternoon, tour the vast open-air temple complex of Karnak, and be awed by the enormity of the pillars as you walk through the impressive Hypostyle Hall.

  9. Day 9 - Nile Cruise

    Relax on the Sun Deck and catch a glimpse of daily life along the banks of the Nile as you cruise to Dendera. Marvel at the vibrant colours of the hieroglyphics adorning the roof of Hathor’s Temple before returning to Luxor. This evening’s entertainment will delight you with the colours of the whirling dervishes.

  10. Day 10 - Nile Cruise

    Cruise south to return to charming Aswan, the home of the Nubian people. A leisurely afternoon awaits as you savour your last moments on board. Tonight, join the Captain and crew for a farewell Gala Dinner.

  11. Day 11 - Nile Cruise > Cairo

    Fly to bustling Cairo for your two night stay. Discover the priceless antiquities in the Egyptian Museum including the artefacts recovered from Tutankhamun’s tomb and a selection of the Royal Mummies.

    At Madaba, discover the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land and visit the Madaba Institute for Mosaic Art and Restoration.   16. Day 16 - Wadi Rum > Petra

    This magnificent World Heritage-listed city is the legacy of the Nabataeans, who settled in southern Jordan more than 2,000 years ago.   18. Day 18 - Petra > Dead Sea

    At Bethany Beyond the Jordan, see where Jesus was baptised, then view the memorial to Moses at Mount Nebo. Travel north to your Special Stay resort for the next two nights on the shores of the Dead Sea. Relax and enjoy sweeping views over the Dead Sea and across to Israel from your balcony.

  22. Day 22 - Tel Aviv - Sea of Galilee

    Discover the intriguing history of Israel’s mountainous region as you drive to Caesarea, the Roman capital of Judea. You will have the chance to view the archaeological discoveries of the Crusader city and the Roman port, including a restored amphitheatre and aqueduct. Later, proceed to your two night Special Stay, overlooking the Sea of Galilee in Tiberias.   23. Day 23 - Sea of Galilee

    Your first look at the scenic region of Galilee will be on a tranquil boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Continue to the biblical village of Capernaum, and then proceed to the place of the miracle of multiplication of the loaves and fishes, Tabgha. On Galilee’s north-western shores, visit the Mount of Beatitudes. Continue to Kibbutz Ein Gev and learn about the unique kibbutz community. Return to your hotel, stopping en route at a local winery for a tour and wine tasting.

  24. Day 24 - Sea of Galilee > Jerusalem
