20 Day Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome to Bucharest

Fly to Bucharest, from one of up to 9 UK airports, where you will be transferred to your luxurious hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 2 - Bucharest > Brasov

Your journey into the Transylvanian region begins with a visit to Peles Castle, the former summer residence of the Romanian royal family and considered by some to be one of the most beautiful castles in Eastern Europe. Then continue to Brasov where your local guide will show you the sights before arriving at your hotel.
Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner complete with Romanian folklore.

Day 3 - Brasov > Sighisoara

A true highlight awaits. Visit Bran Castle, home of the legend of Count Dracula. This afternoon you will arrive into the Saxon town of Sighisoara, the birthplace of Vlad Tepes and the inspiration for the story of Count Dracula. Enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 4 - Sighisoara > Sibiu

Take a guided tour of this fortified city, or if you’re feeling more active, hike to the Church on the Hill for superb views over the city.

After some free time we continue our exploration of the fascinating Transylvania region visiting the medieval town of Sibiu. Explore its lively squares and colourful streets before checking into your hotel.

Day 5 - Sibiu > Bucharest

Make your way back to Bucharest for your overnight stay.

Day 6 - Bucharest > Braila

Today transfer to your luxurious Scenic Space-Ship.

Day 7 - Saint George > Danube Delta

Sail through the passage of Saint George and the Danube Delta to reach the Black Sea coast. Admire spectacular scenery during your small boat cruise to Mile 0, where the Danube River meets the Black Sea.

Day 8 - Silistra
