It can often be quite difficult to choose what to see and what not to see, especially if you have arrived on one of the many warm and inviting European river cruises that commonly travel to Europe’s best cities, the best thing you can do is to stretch your legs and explore.
If you start your walk from the famous Charles Bridge and then walk into the Old Town you will be able to see attractions such as the astronomical clock and the St. Vitus Cathedral.
Take in the culture
A visit to the likes of the National Museum’s new building in Prague or a visit to the Czech Museum of Music should certainly be considered a must-do.
Dine in a local restaurant
Everyone should want to taste the local cuisine and Prague has a range of superb little restaurants that offer a range of classic Czech dishes.
Take a walk in the park
If Prague is experiencing good weather then a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine is Kampa Park, which is on the bank of the Vltava River. Locals often come here to sunbathe and to socialise as it is a pretty park that is perfect for just getting away from it all.
These tips are just a few of the things that you could do during a two-day stay in Prague as part of a river cruise as the city has a number of other attractions such as Prague Castle and the Old Jewish Cemetery that are certainly worth a visit.
